The Leverage crew has gotten out of more than its fair share of sticky situations before, but what will the team do now that Nate (Timothy Hutton) is behind bars?
During a visit to the TVGuide.com video studio, Hutton was more than happy to share what his character has up his sleeve, much to the chagrin of his co-stars Gina Bellman and Beth Riesgraf.

Hutton says his character's possible prison break plays into a bigger theme of the entire season. "None of us can do what we do alone," he says. "We can all do it as experts, but we've come to really rely on one another as a team." Plus: Hutton give lots of juicy details about...
For Oscar-winning actor Timothy Hutton, agreeing to star in TNT's Leverage wasn't a tough decision — at least not after he read the script.
"It was a real opportunity to play a person who had these awful things happen involving his son and the destruction of his marriage — someone who needed a real breakthrough in their life," Hutton says. "I wondered how this tragedy would manifest itself in him and the choices he would make."

Hutton plays Nate Ford, the leader of a crack team of cons who use their skills to take from the rich and powerful and give back to those they've wronged. ADAM: "That investigation will reveal the most dramatic betrayal in Horatio Caine's career," co-executive producer Barry O'Brien tells us. "It puts Horatio in a light we've never seen him in before, questioning the loyalties of his team. ... It will rock the fabric of the team and threaten at least one — if not more — CSI's future." TNT has already signed the Timothy Hutton drama Leverage for a second season, but the show's team of crack con artists will have to make it through Tuesday's season finale (airing at 10 pm/ET) to get there. Last week's episode ended with Hutton's team leader, Nate, feeling betrayed by Sophie, the master of accents played by TVGuide.com celebrity blogger Gina Bellman.
Hutton, a 1980 Academy Award winner for Ordinary People, talked to TVGuide.com about what the team will face next season, how Nate is handling the reappearance of his ex-wife (Kari Matchett), and his character's growing reliance on booze.
Hi everyone, sorry I slipped under the radar last week. Couldn't face your comments after Sophie behaved so appallingly in "The First David Job"! Not really — I had lots of real-life stuff going on, such as moving house and getting ready to go back to the U.S. to shoot Leverage Season 2. It's a lot of work packing up and leaving your life and responsibilities behind for six months. We don't even know for sure which city we're going to shoot in; there's a short list of two cities with completely different climates, so what to pack?! Actually, last year I completely overpacked. I forgot I'd be in costume most days and vegging out learning lines and doing laundry on weekends. I could have managed with just one bag of jeans, T-shirts and sweats. My long-suffering boyfriend ...
