Casting for ABC's Bachelor Pad 3 has begun and former competitor (and reality TV circuit fixture) Jake Pavelka has a few tips on how to film a winning application video.
"Being sexy, that's the most important thing ... You could wind up in a hot tub with Gia. Believe it or not, it happened to me," Jake says in the "instructional" video below. "Don't tell us your sob story or some boring story nobody cares about. Save that for the show because you're going to need the votes."

With a second season of Bachelor Pad now officially in the works, we asked previous Bachelor and Bachelorette contestants whether they'd be up for the spin-off series. While some have no doubts about doing it, others were a bit more conflicted.
