Dolly Parton has denied long-circulating speculation that she is gay in a candid interview with Nightline.
The legendary singer and gay icon, whose been married to her husband Carl Dean for 46 years, shut down the reports that she is romantically involved with her childhood friend Judy Ogle. In fact, the singer says she has even bonded over the gay rumors with her pal Oprah Winfrey.

If Norah O'Donnell becomes the next big thing in morning television, history will point to a frosty January day in Iowa when she put a direct question to Republican presidential aspirant Newt Gingrich. She doesn't tell the other ladies about her trip, just in case she's wrong. But she isn't.
