Gavin DeGraw is still stunned by the plane crash that killed four of his friends and seriously injured Travis Barker and DJ AM. "I was shaking somebody's hand who was about to die," he told Extra. "That could just as easily been our reality too, and I feel terrible that those guys had to go through that... You have no idea what your own fate or their fate is going to be."The Learjet crashed late Friday. The singer-songwriter was one of the last people to see Barker, DJ AM (real name: Adam Goldstein) and Barker's assistant, Chris Baker, and bodyguard, Charles Still, before they boarded the jet. The musicians all performed a free concert earlier Friday evening in South Carolina. Baker and Still, along with pilot Sarah Lemmon and co-pilot James Bland, died in the crash. "I got so many calls from people who were checking to see if I was okay," DeGraw said. "My dad got on the phone and he goes, 'Just say hi' and I said, 'Huh' and he said, 'That's enough.
