Meant to Be's, a CBS drama about a woman who upon dying en route to her honeymoon becomes a "Meant to Be," meaning she must help others set their lives straight before she can go to Heaven.... Michael Cassidy (Hidden Palms) has joined the CW's How to Teach Filthy Rich Girls, playing the beau of a Yale-educated gal hired to tutor two heiresses.

Pop diva Gwen Stefani is pregnant with child No. 2 with husband Gavin Rossdale. As if their 20-month-old Kingston wasn't already the coolest toddler in town, they'll now have an opp to repeat the performance with this sophomore effort.... Dixie Chick Martie Maguire's also with child, which will be her third with husband Gareth Maguire. The music star, 38, had twin girls in 2004.... And even though it was only yesterday that Fred Savage was a nerdy teen on TV, he is somehow about to become the dad of a second child for him and his wife, Jennifer Stone. American IdolOverall, this was not the most exciting edition of American Idol this season. The audition process is going into overdrive with the cutesy montages, and I think the "zombie" one finally pushed me over the edge. I wonder if the judges regret giving Alison Schoening a second chance — I guess a near-death experience is a good reason for double audition time. The panel was a bit too lenient in Austin, letting "fit model" Ashley Jackson through to Hollywood. She sounded better singing with her mouth closed and she really needs to look into a career in ventriloquism.
