The teams are chosen, the finales have begun, and the face off is on! The final contestants journey to the arena for the live event jump-off. The warriors take to the ropes where only the true Iron Ring champion can survive epic battles and grueling beat downs.
This episode is a season overview including never-before-seen footage. The overview also shows the grit, iron will and determination of the Iron Ring competitors as the fighters prepare for the ultimate showdown at the Finale in New Orleans.

Complaints and premature bout endings enrage the Iron Ring fighters and team leaders. As tryouts culminate and finals near, lackluster fighters are rejected leaving only the strongest contenders in the Iron Ring. Final rounds are rapidly drawing near as hard-hitting competitors destroy even the bravest fighters’ confidence.
The fighters continue the brawl in the Iron Ring. These combatants have the skills and determination to go the distance. If these fighters want to keep their coveted spots on the final squad, they will need endurance and stamina. But, as the final contenders are chosen and opponents are soundly defeated, flashy post-fight antics mar the victories in the Iron Ring.
