'Low' singer Flo Rida owes a high bill of $1 million dollars in back taxes. 'Gossip Extra' reports that federal agency put a lient on the rapper's South Florida estate. According to legal documents, Flo hasn't paid his taxes since 2009. This is the same year that he bought his 2.3 acre estate for $1.6 mil. Flo shouldn't have a problem paying his taxes, since he is one of the best selling digital sales artist of all time.
