Joe Cappuccio and Eva LaRue
Eva La Rue and her husband Joe Cappuccio are divorcing after three years of marriage, People reports.
Cappuccio cited irreconcilable differences when he filed papers on Jan. 3. He also requested that the CSI: Miami star not receive spousal support.

The CW's beyond-generic The Tomorrow People feels like yesterday's news — and not just because it's adapted from a '70s British sci-fi series. Turns out this isn't as durable a property as Doctor Who, or maybe the reboot is just that bad. Cut from the same angsty pattern of so many CW supernatural shows, Tomorrow (Wednesday, 9/8c) offers up a duller than usual gaggle of pretty, overripe CW teens-in-their-20s with superpowers. The "Tomorrow People," we learn in an endless prattle of exposition, are a cluster of genetic mutations whose special gifts emerge upon adolescence. Forget pimples. This subculture specializes in the "three T's": teleportation, telepathy, telekinesis. They forgot "tired," "tepid" and "too too derivative," which much better describes the experience of meeting these lost kids.
Annette Funicello, the Beach Party star, singer and former teen icon who rose to fame on the original Mickey Mouse Club, died Monday. She was 70.
Funicello died from complications of multiple sclerosis and was taken off life support after being in a coma for years, her family told Extra. She was diagnosed with the disease in 1987.
Her death was first announced by the official Disney fan club Twitter page.

Call it the curse of being on the bubble: After 10 roller-coaster years, CSI: Miami will end its season without a major cliff-hanger.
Fall TV Scorecard: Which shows are returning? Which aren't?
"We've gone more internal. It's a more emotional story that goes to the soul of these characters," executive producer Barry O'Brien tells TVGuide.com. "It is a far more personal ending. You're left with this feeling that the team is a family."
But the foundation of that family will buckle a little...
David Caruso, CSI: Miami
CSI: Miami's 10th season premiere will find Horatio seeing ghosts.
Picking up from last season's cliff-hanger, Sunday's episode (10/9c, CBS) begins with Horatio (David Caruso) badly injured from a gunshot wound but still desperate to rescue Natalia (Eva La Rue), who's trapped inside the trunk of a car that's been pushed off the pier. But never fear: Horatio's deceased wife Marisol (Alana De La Garza) is on the job.

"We're really telling a story about how these predicaments affect these characters on a deep, personal level," co-executive producer Barry O'Brien tells TVGuide.com...
Sarah Michelle Gellar
All My Children will soon end its staggering 41-year run but not before one of its most famous grads drops in to say goodbye. Ringer star Sarah Michelle Gellar, who won a 1995 Daytime Emmy as Kendall Hart, the wicked, sexually audacious daughter of Erica Kane, will return to the ABC soap September 21.
Gellar approached the show herself, specifically asking not to play Kendall
Susan Lucci as Erica Kane, then and now.
Earlier this year, when Susan Lucci was in New York, signing copies of her just-released memoir, All My Life, a man came up with his book ready to be autographed and said to her, "You know, Susan, they tell us that cotton is the fabric of our lives, but really, it's All My Children."
Susan Lucci on All My Children's last day, the big cliffhanger and her future online
However sweet, if hokey, the line was, Lucci has been thinking a lot about how true it's been for her. Just hours after she performed her final scene as All My Children's indomitable Erica Kane — perhaps the last time ever she fills those heels — and staring down the show's end-date, the 64-year-old actress couldn't be more grateful to have spent her last 41 years in the role. But putting that legacy into words does not come easy. "To have started in 1970 and have the passion from the audience now is just thrilling. There really are no words," Lucci tells TVGuide.com. "I have nothing to compare it to."
One thing she can say is that Erica Kane, in all her biting, entitled glory, was on the page from Lucci's very first audition. "I remember thinking she had the possibilities to be a modern-day Scarlett O'Hara," she says. "[Series creator Agnes Nixon's] characters from the get-go were ...

Is Susan Lucci moving from Pine Valley to Wisteria Lane?
The All My Children alum says she's been talking to Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry about joining the prime-time soap.
"There's been a lot of talking, but we'll see," she told Access Hollywood at the Daytime Emmys. "It's a show I like very much, of course. The cast is amazing. Marc Cherry is amazing."
ABC sets date of All My Children's final episode
For now, Lucci is focusing on All My Children's final weeks. The long-running soap ...
