Just as Elliot and J.D. reunite, Sean comes back to town forcing J.D. to choose between pursuing a relationship with Elliot and maintaining her friendship - Tara Reid and Scott Foley Guest Star. -- After an unexpected night of passion with Elliot (Sarah Chalke), J.D. (Zach Braff) is left frozen in shock when Sean (guest star Scott Foley) comes back into Elliot's life.
