The Conversation -- A story that centers on the conversation between a couple ending an affair.

Arguably a cult film among baby boomers, this delightful comedy/fantasy tells the story of a nervous little Brooklyn bookkeeper who has an overwhelming love for fish. After rejection by the Navy, he actually becomes a fish (through the miracle of animation), meets a snail who shows him the "underwater" ropes, falls in love with a lady fish, and becomes a real war hero.

Francis Ford Coppola's provoking mystery-thriller stars Gene Hackman as Harry Caul, an expert surveillance man. A routine wiretapping job turns into a nightmare when Harry hears something disturbing in his recording of a young couple in a park. His investigation of the tape and how it might be used sends Harry spiraling into a web of secrecy, murder and paranoia.
