Rocky and CeCe take Gunther and Tinka to a televised small claims court.
CeCe spends all her Christmas money on herself, and has to take on various jobs at the mall in order to earn cash to buy gifts. Meanwhile, Rocky is on a hunt for the most popular toy of the season to buy for an underprivileged child.
