Starting July 1, the district, probate and family courts will be combined into circuit courts that will handle more than 95% of all cases. The move is expected to increase efficiency and reduce waiting times but there are fears that cost-cutting could go too far. Host Richard Ager is joined by a panel of judicial experts including Judge Ed Kelly, head of the new circuit court system.
