Keck's Exclusives: Glee Stars' Summer Plans

For a while it seemed as though Glee would suffer a mass cast exodus as graduating seniors Rachel, Finn and Kurt headed off to pursue theater-arts studies in the Big Apple. But now Fox has announced that the series will juggle both NYC and Ohio-set story lines, with Sarah Jessica Parker and Kate Hudson signing on as New York-based mentors. (I'm hearing the New York sets will be built in Hollywood so the cast will continue working together.) With nearly everyone expected back and no summer concert tour planned during their hiatus, for the first time in years the Glee cast has a couple of free months before heading back to work. Here's how they plan to spend the summer.

Why One of Glee’s Shocking Liplocks Worked Better Than the Other

And here you thought Kurt and his new "Teenage Dream" Blaine were going to lock lips. There was the slow-motion hand-holding down the hallway, the "I'm gonna get your heart racing / in my skintight jeans," the test messages of "courage"...

But no. (Or, not yet.) Glee pulled a fast one and Kurt instead got his first kiss from a closeted jock. Then, in another unexpected turn, Mr. Schu planted a gentle one on Coach Bieste, who after learning that her image provided some glee clubbers the, er, buzz kill, they needed, revealed hurt feelings.

Kurt's kiss with ham hock (his words, not mine) felt necessary, even if it was presented as a twist... read more

Top Moments: Mistaken Identities on House, Letterman and Sesame Street

This week, TV had a case of mistaken identity. On Law & Order: SVU, Joan Cusack played a grieving mother who of course also appeared to be the suspect. Cougar Town's Jules found a new therapist with serious truth issues. Olivia's evil twin made a pass at her unrequited love on Fringe. Sesame Street forgot that Katy Perry is a scantily clad pop star. Joaquin Phoenix revealed that he is, in fact, an actor and not the subject of a documentary. And the cranky doc on House let it slip that he's actually a big old softie. Welcome to Top Moments: Mistaken Identity Edition.

Exclusive Video: Meet Glee's New Football Coach, Shannon Beiste

Sue Sylvester's got a new nemesis at McKinley High.

With Coach Tanaka broken-hearted and gone, Principal Figgins (Iqbal Theba) has recruited Shannon Beiste — pronounced "beast" — to whip its losing football team into shape.

9 Scoops from Your Favorite Stars on the Emmys Red Carpet

The Emmys red carpet isn't just about fashion: TV's hottest stars arrive with lots of scoop to unload. Stars including Jane Lynch, Tina Fey, Mariska Hargitay and Jim Parsons unburdened themselves to TVGuide.com about such subjects as Sue's new nemesis on Glee, a Modern Family addition, and Betty White's plans on Community.

1. Glee's Sue, Part 2: Jane Lynch's Sue Sylvester may be evil, but new coach Shannon Beiste (Dot Jones) is even more sinister. "In the beginning, Sue is a little threatened by the new football coach, who is a 6'4" woman," says Lynch. "She and Schuester [Matthew Morrison] band together to... read more
