With Lisa gone, it is more important than ever to come together as a team and make every second in the gym count. Lisa was our motivator. She would get us up early every morning, she would pull us off the couch when we didn't want to go walking, and she made sure we were all eating right. Basically, Lisa was the mom of the group and now it's like we have been kicked out of the nest. We have to learn to fly on our own.

Week 4, Ho!
Red team is definitely feeling the pressure. We have just eliminated Cate and all we want to do is eat dinner and get some rest.
But it wouldn't be a week on the Biggest Loser ranch if there weren't a wrench tossed into our plan. Alison Sweeney and the trainers (Bob Harper, Jillian Michaels and Dolvett Quince) walk into the kitchen and tell us that three more people will be leaving the ranch. Automatically, our first thought is "NO! We can't eliminate three more people tonight!"

Woooo Hooooo! Thanks to my team, I have made it to Week 3! Thanks guys!
We start out by meeting Alison Sweeney in what looks like a Chuck E. Cheese's ... but with more candy. She informs us that we have our first pop challenge. This season of The Biggest Loser, we have made it our mission to help fight childhood obesity. But to fight something, you need to understand it. In this challenge, we will be tested on our knowledge of childhood obesity.

Hi everyone, I am so excited to be blogging for TVGuide.com each week and hope you will all follow me on my weight loss journey.
What brought me to The Biggest Loser was simple: my need for weight loss and my desire to be healthy. I saw the commercial on my local TV station for the casting and thought I had way too much going on in my life to audition. But then I thought about it again and realized if I don't make the time now I never will. I thought this would be an opportunity for me to inspire the youth group I volunteer for (Ogden OUTreach Resource Center); I wanted the kids I work with to see me take the first step to a healthier life and hopefully inspire them to do the same.

She just couldn't stay away. A year and a half after leaving The Biggest Loser to start a family, Jillian Michaels, 38, returns to the ranch to help fellow trainers Bob Harper and Dolvett Quince whip Season 14's contestants into the best shape of their lives. But if you think becoming a mother has made Michaels warm and cuddly, you're mistaken. Judging by her still impressive death stare, only a true loser would dare say she's gone soft...

Jillian Michaels
Jillian Michaels is returning to The Biggest Loser next year — and she's got her eye trained on childhood obesity.
Michaels, who left the reality weight-loss competition show in 2011 after 11 seasons, will return for Season 14, which will premiere in January, NBC announced Tuesday. And, in a new twist, the show will feature child contestants (ages 13 to 17) for the first time, in addition to adults.

Week 17 was the contestants last week on the ranch! Kim and Conda made it to the finale and all this season's eliminated players returned to compete for the last slot. After their weigh-in, seven of the eliminated players who had lost the most percentage of body fat proceeded to the first part of the challenge, a hundred yard dash. Following the race was a calorie puzzle and lastly an endurance challenge with the remaining three: Lauren, Jeremy, and Mike. Jeremy ultimately won and solidified his spot as the third and last finalist!

So this past Tuesday we all got an invite to the White House! The remaining six contestants and their family got the opportunity of a lifetime to meet the First Lady. Mrs. Obama greeted everyone with such warmth and grace. I could tell she was a loyal fan of The Biggest Loser. She knew all the contestant's names and specific details that were only revealed on the show. It was such an honor to meet her, and give the First Lady a Biggest Loser workout.

Week 14 hosted everyone's favorite theme...makeover week! Before the contestants learned it was makeover week they had a sling shot challenge. The winner would receive a one pound advantage but the loser would gain a one-pound disadvantage. Buddy finally won a prize but unfortunately Conda lost.
The contestants received a surprising announcement from none other than the First Lady herself! Yes, the First Lady of the United States of America invited everyone to reveal their new and improved looks in Washington DC at the White House. I was completely humbled and honored at the opportunity to go to the White House and meet Mrs. Obama.
