On Friday's episode (9/8c, The CW), Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) gets shot in the shoulder during a Division mission. The injury itself shouldn't cause that much trouble. After all, she's survived witnessing her father's murder, a debilitating drug addiction and being a sex slave. A little bullet in the shoulder shouldn't be a big deal, right?

Nikita's Percy may be dead, but his legacy lives on in The Dirty Thirty.
On the Season 3 premiere (Friday at 9/8c, The CW), Nikita & Co. discover that taking over Division means having to clean house after the death of its leader Percy (Xander Berkeley) last season. "When the recall order was sent out, 'Percy is dead. Come back in from wherever you are in the world,' some agents complied. Thirty of those people didn't," Nikita creator Craig Silverstein told reporters at Comic-Con. "They cut their trackers out and disabled them. They're out for themselves, money, for whatever crazy ideology and personal goals they have."

Amanda may be the current head of Division, but it appears that Percy might be calling the shots... from his prison no less.
"I think Amanda is a master manipulator, but I think Percy's ego is even bigger," Nikita's Melinda Clarke tells TVGuide.com. "I think Amanda is a little more realistic but found herself getting caught up in the power and grandeur of all of Division. She's ultimately the same creature as Percy, and gets caught up into wanting more and more power. It goes beyond just money. For the future of Division, it'll be interesting to see who ends up in power. Clearly it could be up for grabs."
