Dean McDermott, the husband of Tori Spelling, has checked into rehab less than a month after he was accused of cheating on her, People reports.

According to Us Weekly, McDermott had sex with Emily Goodhand, 28, a woman he met while promoting Chopped Canada in Toronto.
"He told me he and Tori had a sexless marriage," said Goodhand. "I believed him."
The woman claims she spent the night with Dean at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel on Dec. 6 and Dec. 7.

According to Radar Online, Spelling recalled liking Holmes when they first met. "Dawson's Creek Katie was exactly what you'd expect," Spelling wrote. "She was wearing jeans and a tank top. Her hair was down. She was shy but engaging, and altogether pretty adorable."

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Denny O'Neil Jr., Jake P. Hall and Charles W. Malcolm have filed a lawsuit with the Los Angeles Superior Court against Oxygen Media, Bunim-Murray Productions, World of Wonder Productions, and Spelling and McDermott's production company, Life in a Bowl Productions. The trio is seeking $60 million for what they believe was a breach of contract and stolen idea, among other things.
