Teeming with satire, this sequel to The Mouse That Roared finds Grand Fenwick's premier (Ron Moody) in need of funds to overhaul his castle. Knowing no country will contribute to such a cause, he persuades America to donate to his nation's phony space program. Not to be outdone, the Soviets contribute a used rocket -- but all bets are off when the duchy's lone scientist puts together a missile and prepares for a moon launch.
