Actress, comedian and co-host of ABC's 'The View,' Sherri Shepherd stars as a working mother and aspiring entertainer who tries to move on with life after divorcing her cheating husband in this multi-camera comedy series loosely based on her own life. In Sherri, newly single mother Sherri Robinson (Shepherd) juggles work as a part-time paralegal and caring for her six-year-old son Bo (Brandon Khalil) with the pursuit of her dream to become a full-time comedian/actress. Recently separated from her husband Kevin (Malcolm-Jamal Warner), Sherri will need the comfort and support of her girlfriends at the office (Tammy Townsend, Elizabeth Regen, Kali Rocha) as she attempts to manage her hectic life, get back into the dating scene and land her dream gig.
