On Monday's Bones, Booth will be forced to question the honesty of a former brother in arms.
During the episode (8/7c, Fox), Booth( David Boreanaz) and Brennan (Emily Deschanel) investigate the murder of a woman that seems to indicate a believed-dead Afghani terrorist is still alive. As it turns out, the victim was actually a CIA source for Danny Beck (returning guest star Freddie Prinze Jr.), one of Booth's buddies from his Army special forces days. And although FBI-CIA communication is never particularly strong, Danny makes things worse by keeping very important information from Booth during the investigation.

It seems the Pelant story line on Bones just won't die.
Although Booth (David Boreanaz) ended Pelant (Andrew Leeds) once and for all with a gunshot to the heart earlier this season, the cyber serial killer makes yet another unsettling appearance to Brennan (Emily Deschanel) in the show's midseason premiere (Friday at 8/7c, Fox).

"While he's gone, the impact on everything that he's done is still with them, which will inform some other stories in the future, although Pelant won't really be a part of them. There are a couple of loose ends for us to clean up, but the series is moving forward. We're not going to go back to Pelant much more."
However, the hints Pelant dropped before he died about another serial killer live on and take on scary new life on Friday's episode...
Leave it to McKayla Maroney to impress the Bones casting directors even when she's under the weather.

Bones fans will get a double dose of action this week.
The show will air a new episode on Monday (8/7c, Fox) before shifting into its new timeslot (Fridays at 8/7c) later in the week. And even though lead characters Dr. Temperance Brennan (Emily Deschanel) and FBI agent Seeley Booth (David Boreanaz) recently got married, executive producer Stephen Nathan insists the show is nowhere near finished.
