Kabletown breaks news that "TGS" will no longer be live. Liz and Jack embrace the change, believing a cheap, taped show will equal less headaches. Only Kenneth balks, so he leads the crew on a magical mystery tour through the rich history of Studio 6H.
Angie launches her new fashion line, which brings her reality show's intrusive cameras back to "TGS." Yet Angie's show ends up focusing on dramas swirling around Jack, as he receives news about his wife and then faces his feelings for Diana.
Avery finally returns home from her kidnapping ordeal in North Korea, yet Jack grows uncertain of her fidelity while she was away. Elsewhere, Criss is crossed due to Liz's role as top wage earner; Jenna seeks a sponsor for her approaching nuptials.
