Fashion Hit or Miss: Cynthia Nixon on Sex and the City 2 Set

Earlier in the week, we got a taste of what Carrie will be wearing in the Sex and the City 2 movie, but now it's time to see what her lawyer-pal Miranda Hobbs will sport.

Apparently, fuchsia was the color of choice for Cynthia Nixon's character. A cowl-neck top paired with a tan leather jacket and white jeans is cute, but the fitted frock with matching peep-toe heels looks super-hot on the redhead.

Sex and the City star Cynthia Nixon plans to marry her girlfriend — in the city.

Nixon announced her engagement to girlfriend Christine Marinoni in New York City at a weekend rally for same-sex marriage, Access Hollywood reports.

Strap on the Manolos and drown yourself in a sea of Cosmopolitans, because New York's most fashionable ladies will be back for more Sex on the big screen.

A sequel to Sex and the City: The Movie has been officially green-lit, the Associated Press reports, with all four stars — Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis — having signed on, along with writer-director Michael Patrick King. "I'm very excited to work with these amazing actresses again and would love to give everyone more information about the sequel ... but I'm busy with my Sex life," King said in a statement.
