After a long absence Greys Anatomy returned tonight with what could be the last glimpse we have at Seattle Grace for a whileand they did not disappoint In a change from the norm Bailey talked us through tonights episode and from the moment she stated God created man and its been downhill ever since we knew that it was going to be a night unlike any otherDerek and Mark started things off by taking what looked like a light-hearted nature walk through the woods Their travels ended up on a picturesque hilltop where Derek exclaimed he was going to build his dream house He wasnt kidding With the architectural plans already mapped out Derek blindsided Meredith with the news and her reaction was less than enthusiastic Perhaps she was as shocked as I was to learn that McDreamy had put any thought into ever moving out of his shiny trailer Or perhaps she was too preoccupied with her culinary creation for Lexie to properly process the news Either way I was disap

Happy New Year ER fans Welcome to the remaining episodes before our favorite hospital east of the Rockies shuts its doors with a bad case of writers strike Luckily tonights episode was a great one that reminded me again of why I love this show When Haleh has that get-together at her place to celebrate the good old days I want an invitation I think my fourteen years of loyal viewership has earned me that much dont you Doug and Carols twins are in third grade Carter may be coming for a visit in the spring How great was it that the brief and unfortunately sad return of Jeanie Boulet precipitated such an unexpected trip down memory lane Call me ridiculous deluded and sentimental but I love the idea that Doug and Carol really are blissfully ensconced in Seattle with their daughters sending periodic pictures to the nurses at County General As weve talked about before one of my favorite things about ER is the enduring history of these ch

Grey's AnatomyRemember the year Alias followed the Super Bowl? ABC made sure Sydney Bristow was scantily clad so that all the testosterone-fueled football fans would keep their network on, hoping for boffo ratings. I was wondering how they would achieve the same effect tonight with Grey's, so how perfect was it to start the episode with George having a steamy dream? Hilarious. Of course, his dream ended with him confessing his love for Meredith. Oh, George. I loved how Cristina went from saying to Meredith "This is me being supportive," to "Whatever! Everybody has problems!" Cristina's second statement certainly summed up the episode. Now we all know what a Code Black is, and if you're ever in a hospital and you hear someone scream those words, leave! You
