AUSTIN -- It's another sign that Valentine's Day is just around the corner -- chocolate covered strawberries from Amy's Ice Cream.
The people at Amy's have stopped all ice cream production to make the chocolate covered strawberries. Each strawberry is cleaned and hand dipped one at a time in delicious Belgian chocolate.
The company says it expects to make more than 100,000 chocolate covered strawberries for the season.
