Frances Bean Cobain, the daughter of Courtney Love and late Nirvana singer Kurt Cobain, is denying her mother's Twitter rant that claims Dave Grohl hit on her and is calling for the site to ban the Hole singer.
On Tuesday, Love tweeted from her private account: "I hear from frannies roomate that @DaveGrohl hit on frances and that she was curious, I'm not mad at her, him I am about to shoot dead." (Gawker posted a screenshot here.)

Courtney Love has settled a lawsuit for more than $430,000 over her March 2009 Twitter comments about designer Dawn Simorangkir, The Associated Press reports.
Simorangkir sued the singer, accusing her of making false statements about having a criminal past in a sequence of Twitter posts.
The rock star formally known as Courtney Love is done with her stage name, telling NME magazine, "Courtney Love is dead."
