Trying to alleviate her fear, Ellen assures Katie that they can trust Patty (Glenn Close) to help them, but when she brings Katie to the office, things do not go the way she anticipated. Ellen confronts Patty about her meeting with Katie and begins to wonder how much she trusts her new boss.
