The Originals' Klaus is about to become a baby daddy, but will that change anything in the villainous vampire?
"I hope so," Joseph Morgan tells TVGuide.com. "There is certainly potential for it. If Klaus sees the baby or gets to hold the baby, I don't know if it'll make him go more in that [nurturing] direction or send him the other way. I can see him not being able to handle it. With him becoming a father it's interesting to see how that affects his bloodlust."

Question: I'm sure you have tons of letters in your mailbag about the "twist" on The Good Wife. For once, this was not over-hyped at all. I've always stood by the idea that the creators of shows are artists who have the right to do whatever they want with their characters, and we should be more angry with gratuitous plot twists or inconsistent character development than things that just make us sad. It is a "melodrama," after all, and entertainment does not mean that you will be made happy all the time.
Fans were shocked earlier this month when The Originals star Claire Holt suddenly exited the show before the end of Season 1. Though some speculated that Rebekah Mikaelson's story line had run dry, Holt set the record straight at Saturday's PaleyFest event.
The Originals shocker: Which series regular has left the show?
"I wasn't pushed out," she said. "I didn't quit midseason. This was something we discussed form the start. I made a life choice, not a career choice. I made a choice to come home for a while. I realized I hadn't seen people that I loved and cared about for a while. It was so tough for me."
In a surprising move, series regular Claire Holt has exited The Originals before the end of the first season, TVGuide.com has confirmed.
Tuesday's episode concluded with Klaus (Joseph Morgan) finally setting Rebekah (Holt) free from her familial obligations, so she left New Orleans. However...
The Originals' Rebekah and Klaus are about to go through living Hell.
At the end of the last episode, Klaus (Joseph Morgan) and Rebekah (Claire Holt) had been taken by the new band of witches, dead set on exacting their revenge. From the first minute of Tuesday's episode (8/7c, The CW), the two are in dire circumstances, separated, and being tortured. What unravels is not for the faint of heart.
