When it comes to promoting Grey's Anatomy's two-hour season finale (airing Thursday at 9 pm/ET, ABC), Chyler Leigh delivers... and then some. Not two weeks after welcoming her third child into the world, Leigh took to talking up the season-ender, in which big twists surely are ahead for the likes of Izzie and perhaps George, sure, but also Lexie and her sweet romance with Mark.

Producers and costume designers are always thrown a curveball any time their leading ladies announce they are expecting — but the real challenge is camouflaging those baby bumps.

For Ugly Betty's Ana Ortiz, wardrobe and some strategic camera work has been the key to hiding her bundle of joy. "I have been carrying bowls of popcorn around, Easter baskets and all kinds of things," Oritz told TVGuide.com at Ugly Betty's Paley Center panel. "For me, it's easy as pie. For everyone else, they have to maneuver!"

Chyler Leigh, who plays Meredith's (Ellen Pompeo) half-sister Lexie on ABC's Grey's Anatomy, is pregnant, her reps confirm to TVGuide.com.

No word yet on gender or due date, but the new addition will be the 26-year-old actress' third child with actor/musician hubby Nathan West.

Chyler Leigh may not be sure whether Grey's Anatomy's Lexie and George will ever be on the same page romantically, but one thing she knows for certain: Mer's sis setting her sights on Derek would have been a prescription for disaster. In this Q&A, Leigh lets loose on Lexie's love life, the tease of being Ellen Pompeo's "sister" and much more.

Chyler Leigh: Lexie's just kind of throwing herself out there – obviously, in her mind, but he's just not getting it.

With the long Memorial Day holiday this weekend, let's have some fun and play a game!We've actually played this game before, last October. I had a different blog back then, called "DVD Guy", and I called the game "Today's Stars...Yesterday!" We all had a great deal of fun, and lots of readers chimed in with their own examples of big-name celebs they've seen "in smaller roles, during leaner times".The way to play is very simple: Think of hot "new" stars that you see in any current TV show, and try to think of where you've spotted them on DVDs of older programs. Probably only slightly older shows, but there's absolutely no limit. Let's just have a blast with it! Over an hour into tonights two hour finale it hit mewe needed some humor to lighten up this very dark episode Nothing seemed to be going right Meredith and Derek were at each others throats over the latest loss in their clinical trial Rebecca kept getting worse and was in need of serious medical attention but Alex was in serious denial and the man in cement seemed to be doomed among other things So is it wrong that when Cristina snapped at Erica in the OR I almost cheered For the first time something seemed to be going right---Cristina was in the zone and finally standing up for herself The only thing better than that was the look of shock on Ericas face when the Chief agreed Hahn needed to back off and let Cristina do her thing I take that back the best moment came later when the Chief confronted Hahn after the operation and told her she needed to handle the residents better You need to learn how to teach without crushing their read more

Finally after weeks of speculation theres a kiss Not the kiss that is supposed to shock us all thats supposed to come next weekbut an intriguing kiss nonetheless Im talking of course about Callie and Erica in the elevator While the motivation for the lip-lock could obviously be attributed to Ericas desire to rile up Mark who is turning over a new leaf one could also argue that it might have had more meaning for one or both of the ladies involved Hopefully next week will shed more light on that oneMeanwhile Derek and Meredith found themselves working with a new patient Greta Regina Taylor who appeared to be suffering from a romantic delusion involving a guy she allegedly met on a cruise Gretas only request was that they hold off on the surgery until he could arrive which prompted a huge debate between Derek and Meredith do they wait for this phantom love and sacrifice precious time or do they move read more

It was not a good day according to Dr Wyatt Amy Madigan but Im inclined to disagree While Meredith may be fooling herself into thinking she can accept that Derek is with Rose Derek clearly got a dose of reality when he slept with Rose and found himself only thinking about Meredith Cleary these two are meant to be together but I have to admit the longing and anticipation is driving me crazy In truth though the angst also creates some of my favorite moments When Derek stood in the hospital hallway between Rose and Meredith and in essence chose to spend the night with Meredith at the hospital rather than go home with Rose I was melting That was until Meredith advised him to leave anyway but Derek did return with a bottle of champagne and a beautiful monologue about celebrating when they finally get it right True he was talking about when they finally succeed at treating a clinical patient but I think we al read more

Reunited and it feels so good Yes it was almost like old times when Addison showed up tonight If she hadnt had to spend so much time catching up on all of the soapy Seattle Grace details it might have felt like she had never left And I almost allowed myself to be tricked into thinking she might return to Washington when the Chief suggested he could start her paperwork despite knowing that Private Practice is fully expected to return in the fall So I guess I shouldnt have been surprised when she dismissed the idea of a permanent stay by saying I needed to come back to see that it was right to leave Perhaps thats how you feel Addison but I still think you belong at Seattle GraceAside from Addison there seemed to be a lot going on tonight For starters Ava Elizabeth Reaser returned to tell Alex she was preggers and it was a distinct possibility that the baby was his Alexs response could best be describ read more
