Now that the Berlin story line is wrapped up, the Super Bowl episode will be more of a stand-alone event. But it's shaping up to be an explosion-heavy spectacle — one that kicks off with Red being kidnapped! His abduction, however, could be part of a plan to stay close to the episode's villain (played by Ron Perlman). In fact, Red has a few tricks up his sleeve, one of which will seriously scare Liz.

It's an annual tradition two whole years strong: NBC pulls out some of the stops and puts together a live singalong stage production of a popular musical for all of the Internet to snark at. Last year, it was Nazis versus Carrie Underwood and that guy from True Blood in a live production of The Sound of Music. Thursday, Allison Williams put on the green leather leggings and wig of the boy who never wanted to grow up and Christopher Walkencut off his hand to play Captain Hook in Peter Pan Live!
Those looking for a spectacle were not disappointed! There were technicolor crocodiles, prosthetic hook-limb fist bumps, very, very old "boys," and ads for a lil' mom-and-pop store called Wal-Mart. Yet as complete and fulfilling as Peter Pan Live! was, we couldn't help but get wonder about a few questions that stuck in our craw. So we put together the 13 questions we had after watching NBC's Peter Pan Live!
If it's any consolation, the new Annie movie looks way worse. Though punishingly overlong and occasionally flat-footed, NBC's Thursday broadcast of Peter Pan Live! was another honorably ambitious and sporadically enjoyable attempt to bring the thrill of musical theater into America's living rooms. It helps that Peter's fantastical fairy-tale trappings are an easier sell, even to the loaded-for-snark Twitter audience, than the leaden mechanics of last year's more uneven The Sound of Music Live! (But still, what was NBC thinking, flashing those "Tweet With Us!" banners?)
