There may be hope for Seth Rogen's superhero flick yet!
After the first trailer for The Green Hornet was met with lukewarm reaction, a new preview showcases the comedy between Rogen's Britt Reid and Jay Chou's sidekick, Kato —the result is a much better mix of action and laughs. The additional sneak peeks at Christoph Waltz as the villainous Chudnofsky don't hurt either.

The first official trailer for The Green Hornet, based on the radio and television character of the same name, has been released.
The movie, slated to open January 14, 2011, stars Seth Rogen as Brit Reid, a publisher by day and masked crime fighter by night. Along with his sidekick Kato, played by Jay Chou, the two drive around in their souped-up 1966 Chrysler Imperial dubbed the Black Beauty, which the stars unveiled at the 2009 Comic-Con.

One of the most predictable Academy Awards in years took a film-worthy twist as Kathryn Bigelow and The Hurt Locker beat out the closest thing the movies have to a Goliath — a film that just happened to be made by Bigelow's ex-husband.
