Turns out the Brooklyn band Creaky Boards has created a video showing the striking resemblance between their song and Coldplay's new "Viva la Vida" featured on the latest iTunes commercial. The songwriter claims he wrote the tune over a year before Chris Martin released his song and has the footage to prove it. Worst part of it all? The first version's title is "The Songs I Didn't Write." How's that for added irony?

Gwyneth Paltrow was wheeled into the hospital Monday by husband Chris Martin, for reasons some speculate may be related to pregnancy complications, the New York Daily News reports. Paltrow's rep said that Gwyneth is back at home and doing "fine," adding that speculation about problems with a pregnancy was "guesswork at best."
