Tom DeLay may be down, but he's definitely not out: The Dancing with the Stars contestant suffered a pre-stress fracture in his right foot but says he is doing everything he can to keep on dancing.

"I'm very cognizant that if it breaks I may have to leave the show, so I am trying to follow the doctor's orders. His orders were relative rest," DeLay tells TVGuide.com. "Let me put it this way: I'm going to dance until the foot breaks."
