Ian Somerhalder and Cassidy Freeman
The Vampire Diaries is flashing back 100 years.
In the upcoming episode titled "1912," Damon recalls a time when he met a woman named Sage (guest star Cassidy Freeman). As the Smallville alum previously told us, Sage is "pretty badass when you first meet her, and [she] gets herself into some very physical situations."
But we're not talking about getting physical in the bedroom. In the new pictures released from the episode, it seems Sage is quite the boxer.

Proving that you can't keep a good bad girl down, Smallville alum Cassidy Freeman returns to The CW to bedevil another crazy-hot cast. "I guess they're trying to tell me something," says the former Tess Mercer with a laugh. "When I was cast on Smallville, I was like, 'Really? Evil angry girl?' Because I can't stop laughing in real life."

It's no secret that Chloe and Oliver's marriage on Smallville is an anomaly.
