When Ginger discovers that Lois' father was Jewish, she strives to connect with a part of herself that she feels has been denied. In an attempt to celebrate both holidays evenly she alienates Dodie who worries she is being shut out by the "Jewish Ginger." Ginger holds firm and makes everyone crazy with symbols of both holidays. Only after an accidental fire ruins the trimmings of both and an unexpected rescue by a familiar Santa (her Dad) can Ginger put the holidays back in perspective.Hoodsey sets out to convince an unbelieving Carl that Santa Claus exists and unknowingly brings about a small holiday miracle-that Carl's father would be with the family on Christmas. watch
