When Ginger discovers that Lois' father was Jewish, she strives to connect with a part of herself that she feels has been denied. In an attempt to celebrate both holidays evenly she alienates Dodie who worries she is being shut out by the "Jewish Ginger." Ginger holds firm and makes everyone crazy with symbols of both holidays.
