Getting lucky is tough in Sin City, but Camille Guaty hit the jackpot as one of the newest regulars on NBC's Las Vegas (Fridays at 10 pm/ET). The actress clues us in on where her character's headed, her possible return to Prison Break and why she enjoyed dressing as a giant booger for Halloween.
TVGuide.com: Your character, Piper, was introduced at the beginning of this season. Was it tough joining a show that's already in its fifth year? Guaty: Yeah, you always have your plusses and minuses, [but] this cast couldn't have made it easier for me. The first day, I was so incredibly sick that I don't think I could have been intimidated by anything but myself. I couldn't remember my lines, all I wanted to do was lie on the floor and have a blanket over me. I think we probably did that scene, like, 30 times.

If Tom Selleck is Las Vegas' "new James Caan," then who is being called upon to fill Nikki Cox's... (hmm, I best not complete that thought). TVGuide.com has learned that Camille Guaty, familiar to TV fans from her runs on Prison Break (as Maricruz No. 1) and The Nine, is joining the NBC drama this season as Piper Nielsen, a "feisty new casino host." Hey, as long as they save some "feist" for Sam, I'm down with that.

Jeremy (the delightful Scott Wolf) asks his girlfriend, Lizzie (Jessica Collins): It was just a moment.... Does it have to mean everything? This seems to be one of the questions The Nine is setting out to answer. And the answer appears to be yes. In the grand scheme of life, the 52 hours the nine main characters spent together in the bank were essentially just a moment. But the repercussions for the hostages are endless. It is the events destined to follow that are going to make or break this show for me. Scott Wolf has been a favorite of mine since his Party of Five days (before the alcoholism took over his story line), but I wanted to ring his neck when he kissed Franny (Prison Breaks Camille Guaty). Especially considering how adorable and wholesome and pregnant his girlfriend is. Although I have to say, something about Jeremy and Lizzies relationship seems off. Obviously, they were pretty serious. Lizzie was excited to tell him abou...
