Chart-topping country music duo Brooks & Dunn announced on their website that the group has decided to "call it a day."
"This ride has been everything and more than we could ever have dreamed.... We owe it all to you, the fans," the message said. "If you hear rumors, don't believe them, it's just time."

Brooks & Dunn took home four statues at Tuesday's Academy of Country Music Awards — including vocal duo honors — as well as a huminitarian award. George Strait and Carrie Underwood each grabbed a trio of wins.Most impressively, Kenny Chesney was named Entertainer of the Year for a third straight time. (Chew on that, Renée.)
