A hit man invades a home and gets shot by the homeowner, and Danny and Baez must investigate. Elsewhere, an old murder case of Erin's is reopened, and the young attorney she faces is the son of the woman who was convicted during the original trial.
Baez is held hostage in an interrogation room by a distressed man who wants to see his daughter. Elsewhere, Garrett's son gets in trouble with the law, so Garrett turns to Frank for help, creating an ethical dilemma for the police commissioner.
