Bret Michaels
Bret Michaels wants nothin' but a good explanation for the Tony Awards mishap that left him bruised and bleeding.
Michaels suffered a broken nose and a cut lip when he was clocked by a descending set piece after Poison's performance of "Nothin' But a Good Time" with the Rock of Ages cast at Sunday's ceremony. Though he's "trying to remain very positive and somewhat humorous," Michaels wrote in a lengthy statement on his website, he is troubled by Tony organizers' take of the situation and their lack of concern.
"I need to make clear at no point since the incident occurred do I feel like the accident was malicious in any way and I feel this will all work itself out. However I must state I found ...

Bret Michaels
Bret Michaels' run-in with some scenery at the Tony Awards fractured his nose and required stitches in his lip, but the rocker was able to laugh it off.
"He told me, 'All I remember is Shrek and the donkey helping me up, and Liza [Minnelli] giving me a towel,'" Michaels' rep, Joann Mignano, told People. "And Bret was laughing when he heard [host] Neil Patrick Harris said he gave new meaning to 'headbanging.'"
The Rock of Love star was exiting the stage Sunday after performing with his band, Poison, when he was hit with a piece of scenery and knocked to the ground. The band performed a rendition of its hit, "Nothin' But a Good Time" with the cast of Rock of Ages. (Watch the video here.)
Michaels had X-Rays taken and underwent a CAT scan Monday to be on the safe side, Mignano said. "His neck ...

Bret Michaels
The first two Rock of Love ladies weren't a match for Bret Michaels, but the rock star is about to give love (or lust) another whirl as he chooses between Mindy and Taya on the season finale of Rock of Love Bus (Sunday, 9 pm/ET, MTV). The Poison front man explained why he decided to put his dating life on display, why he thinks his show is different than other dating series, and how it's going with the woman who won his heart this season.
TVGuide.com: Why did you decide to do Rock of Love when it started?
Bret Michaels: When they first asked me to do the show, I was reluctant. So I sort of passed and said do this Rock of Love concept, but it's not for me. I had just come out of this relationship, have two daughters and like my privacy. I'm not a recluse, but I like time with my kids. Three months later, VH1 came back and said you're the one we want to do it. You throw a good party, you can hold half a conversation and still got a few brain cells left [Laughs].
TVGuide.com: With two young daughters, do you have reservations about doing such a risqué show?
Michaels: The one thing I can say is ...

Brett Michaels, Jason Mesnick
The Bachelor's fellow reality dating star, Bret Michaels, has a few words of advice for the most-hated man in America.
"He definitely better hide his car because it's about to get keyed," said the Rock of Love star.
Just as Jason Mesnick dumped Melissa Rycroft after the Bachelor finale, Michaels was dumped in the first ROL season by Jess, the woman who had won his heart. She told him he made a mistake and they weren't right for each other.
And while burns suffered in front of the camera sting the worst, they're usually for the best, the Poison front-man believes.
"In a sick way, I think he ...

Well lets not beat around the bush regarding the big news Earl and Billie got married It was great to see Earl in such suave and decisive form in his first post-coma order of business But as with every enjoyable Earl episode the real fun is in the journey not the destination Lets revisit the main stops along the way All of the main characters were out in full force tonight with the Crab Shack serving as the base of operations At the outset we learned that Joy Darnell and the kids have taken up residence at the bar since Earl tipped over their trailer But even though the children are using the pool table as a bunk bed and getting homework tips from local derelicts fixing that problem isnt on Earls radar for the time being Since Randys humorously stream-of-consciousness notes he had kept arent of much use Earl decides to enlist the help of Frank Michael Rapaport to find Billie I really enjoyed seeing Mike OMalleys Stuart character exerting major influe

Bret Michaels, Rock of Love 2
The Rock of Love 2 beauties keep on giving their all to win Bret Michaels' heart (and it isn't cute).
How do you make the lead singer from an '80s hair-metal band fall for you? Two women fighting for the tan hand of Poison frontman Bret Michaels in Season 2 of VH1's Rock of Love (Sundays at 9 pm/ET) think they've found the answer: scissors. They crowd around a mirror, slicing ordinary tops into shredelicious garments of rocker seduction. "Does that look too slutty?" a blonde asks, attacking her white tank. A brunette hacks three inches off her own black fishnet shirt: "Yeah, but that's a good thing!" The fishnet scrap is wrapped around a lamp, and cleavage bounces as everyone points and laughs in delight: "Look, now the lamp looks slutty, too!"
Michaels, appearing quite self-possessed for a guy who celebrated Seaso

The when: Rock of Love 2 airs Sundays at 10 pm/ET, premiering Jan. 13.Why watch?: VH1, the network that got us hooked on shows like Flavor of Love, I Love New York and their sequels, brings us a new follow-up to their best celebre-dating show so far. And don't pretend you didn't watch the first season its finale was the most-watched show on basic cable that night. It's fun to come up with reasons why watching a group of 20 women throw themselves — er, compete (often while drunk and missing their clothes) — for the affections of a horny rock star twice their age is worthy of an hour of your night. It might not be, but that doesn't mean you won't watch. This Bachelor-with-a-stripper-pole, brimming with silicone and peroxide, knows just how to push that happy button that makes us squeamish, yet still keeps us DVRing every episode. Watch out, or it might work its siren call on you. Though we can't say you'll feel the same about its star....Who's who: Bret Michaels, fr...
