Double Impact -- Identical twins are separated at six months and raised on different continents. They reunite twenty-five years later to avenge the murder of their parents and reclaim their stolen family fortune.

Chad (Jean-Claude Van Damme), a charming, smooth karate instructor from Los Angeles is mysteriously urged to fly to China by the man who raised him like a son, Frank Avery (Geoffrey Lewis, "High Plains Drifter," "Every Which Way But Loose"). There he meets Alex (Jean-Claude Van Damme), a streetwise gun-slinging smuggler raised on the back streets of Hong Kong. Chad and Alex discover they are twin brothers and were separated when their parents were brutally murdered twenty-five years ago.

Jean-Claude Van Damme makes his starring debut in the descriptively titled Bloodsport. An American soldier at large in Hong Kong, Van Damme becomes involved in the Kumite, a highly illegal kickboxing competition. Whoever survives the bout will be crowned Kumite champion of the world…a title that has plenty of challengers with homicide in their hearts. The finale offers a duel to the death between Van Damme and reigning Kumite king Bolo Yeung. The script is based on the real-life exploits of martial arts champ Frank Dux, who serves as the film's fight coordinator.
