On the menu tonight is king crab tortellini, followed by rolled leg of lamb and individual shepherd's pies and then for dessert a delicious hot chocolate souffl as demonstrated by the winner of Gordon's search for a new female home cook. All the recipes are easy enough for anyone to make at home but will the amateur brigade survive the heat in one of the UK's most famous kitchens?
