Sherri Shepherd officially signed off of The View after seven seasons with an episode that served as an hourlong tribute to the co-host.
The hour kicked off with Arsenio Hall joining the ladies' table and the audience chanting "Sher-ri." She then tearfully talked about being "profoundly grateful" for the opportunity.
Sherri Shepherd is leaving The View amid rumors of more changes
"This has been one of the best seven years of my life. I tell people, step out of the fear, because I didn't want to take this job, because I'm not a prosecutor, I don't know anything," she said. "I have to say my boss, Barbara Walters, pushed me. I cried in my dressing room for three years saying, 'What am I doing on this table?'"
