"Che!" is an intentionally noncommittal version of the Cuban revolution which strains to balance the good with the bad. The film opens with Che Guevara's dead body on display in Bolivia and various people who knew him coming forward to give their varied opinions. In flashback, the film recounts Che's switch from doctor to politico in Castro's campaign to wrest Cuba from the dictatorship of Batista. Later, he becomes disillusioned with Castro's compromises and his willingness to cooperate with the Communists, and leaves to lead a revolt in Bolivia which costs him his life.

Let your spirits soar with this lighter-than-air adaptation of Jules Verne's classic tale. A ragtag crew of such unlikely associates as Jacques (Fabian) and Fergusson (Sir Cedric Hardwicke) race across uncharted African territory in a unicorn-shaped balloon. Accompanied by playboy American reporter Donald O'Shay (Red Buttons), the explorers are sidetracked, snared and drawn into battle with slaves, sneezing sultans, and sandstorms. Along the way, they meet up with a beautiful missionary (Barbara Eden), and an equally lovely slave girl (Barbara Luna) whom Jacques takes under his wing. With its excellent cast and breathtaking backdrops, Five Weeks In A Balloon is a buoyant blend of romance, adventure and laughter that adds up to grand family entertainment.
