Bai Ling Fast Facts:

Enlisted in the Chinese People's Liberation Army at age14 and became part of a troupe that entertained soldiers in Tibet.
Participated in China's pro-democracy movement and personally witnessed the Tiananmen Square massacre in 1989.
Made her American movie debut in 1994's The Crow.
In June 2005, she became the first Asian woman to appear on the cover of Playboy.
Appeared on the VH1 reality competition But Can They Sing?, massacring numerous tunes including Madonna's "Like a Virgin," The Ramones' "I Wanna Be Sedated" and the Divinyls' "I Touch Myself."
