The lawsuit filed in July in which angry grrl Avril Lavigne was accused of appropriating too much of her hit single "Girlfriend" from the Rubinoos' "I Wanna Be Your Boyfriend," has been settled. Previously, Avril claimed she had never heard of the Rubinoos' track, but her manager opted to avoid a costly legal battle and strike a deal, the terms of which have not been disclosed.

Live from SNL! features 11 tracks from the past four seasons, including tune croons by Avril Lavigne, Kelly Clarkson, Maroon 5 and the Foo Fighters. (What is "foo," by the way? Always wondered.)
