Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore's Divorce Nearly Finalized After Two Years

After nearly two years, Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore's divorce is almost official.

E! News reports that Kutcher filed a court document stating that he has given Moore a "preliminary declaration of disclosure," a required document in divorce detailing each side's income expenses, assets and debts. Once Moore serves Kutcher her disclosure, if both sides are in agreement, the divorce could proceed very quickly.

The Two and a Half Men writers' room needs to start using more original material, according to Roseanne Barr.

In a Twitter rant over the weekend, Barr accused star Ashton Kutcher and creator Chuck Lorre (who was a supervising producer on Roseanne in the 1990s) of ripping off a joke from her stand-up routine. Later, she recanted her claim against Kutcher and Lorre, but maintained that someone on the writing staff stole her material.

There is a new king of late night, according to TV Guide Magazine's annual survey of star salaries. And he's a very rich king.

The Daily Show host Jon Stewart is now earning between $25-30 million a year, according to several sources (his network, Comedy Central, did not comment). That puts Stewart ahead of the past perennial late night salary leaders Jay Leno and David Letterman. Leno took a significant pay cut last year, as NBC wanted to reduce costs at Tonight. He now earns around $20 million a year after being up near $30 million. Letterman is also said to be in the $20 million range as the license fee CBS pays to his production company, Worldwide Pants, for Late Show has been reduced in recent years.

TVGuide.com has confirmed that the CBS comedy's newest character will be a lesbian.  The character, described as a "sexy and gorgeous" twentysomething named Jenny by E! Online, which first reported the news,  will be introduced in the season premiere having relocated from the Big Apple to Los Angeles. The character, which has yet to be cast, is slated to recur but could eventually become a regular.
