The Olsen twins cite Full House as the beginning of their fashion careers
Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are only 27, but they've been preparing to become fashion icons their whole lives.
The twins told Net-a-Porter's The Edit that their role as Michelle Tanner, which they started at only 9 months old, inspired their lifelong love of fashion. "[On Full House] we'd be in six-hour fittings three times a week, because we had to wear 12 different outfits," Ashley said.

Josh Radnor, Elizabeth Olsen
How I Met Your Mother's Josh Radnor will direct and act alongside rising star Elizabeth Olsen in the independent film Liberal Arts, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The movie follows a 35-year-old who still wants to live like a college kid, but must come to terms with his age and budding responsibilities. Olsen plays a 19-year-old student who falls for Radnor's character and bonds with him over their love of music and literature. Age ultimately comes between them as they yearn to make the relationship work.

Bob Saget by Ian White/Comedy Central
When Comedy Central roasts Bob Saget (and good!) on Aug. 17, overseeing the Bob-BQ is none other than his Full House kin, John Stamos. "Him being the roast master is kind of odd, but moving," Saget tells TV Guide. "Its like an emotional thing." With the "roastee" being "Danny Tanner," you have to expect that a fair amount of digs will be made at the Olsen twins especially the dirty kind. That's precisely what transpired, and Saget wasn't entirely OK with it all. "Anybody who talks about my TV kids that upsets me the most," Saget tells New York Post. "I am very protective. I love them very much." The now-22-year-olds were in fact invoked by Stamos, who said during the taping, "The whole time Bob and I were doing Full House, he was also hosting America's Funniest Home Videos.... His entire job consisted of saying 'Take a look at this' which is what he used to say to Mary-Kate in her dressing room."With comments like that, do you think Saget's roasters went ...

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are writing a book about fashion called Influence. The coffee-table volume, in stores this fall, will include new photos of the pair by photographer Rankin and essays by the authors about the photographers, designers and artists who have inspired them. This list is said to include Bob Colacello, Terry Richardson, Jack Pierson and Christian Louboutin, but, before they go to press, I'd like to make a few other suggestions of people who, at least to me, appear to have influenced the pair's distinctive look:1) Bob Marley (le chapeau)2) the old-timey hobo who lives by the railroad yard3) my nana4) E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial5) Elton John (eyewear only) Inspired yet? I can't wait for their joint book party with Eminem. I hope there's rumaki! Mickey O'Connor

"Fur Is Worn by Beautiful Animals and Ugly People" that's the message of a poster featuring Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, to be unveiled by PETA Wednesday afternoon at the site of the sibs' star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The "Trollsen Twins, Hairy Kate and Trashley" (as PETA dubs them, albeit in an eighth-grade manner) are being targeted by the org for their refusal to defer da fur, and as such are also "seen" learning about the evils of harming animals in a PETA-produced video parody of Full House. Hey, as long as it has Coulier doing that high-sterical Donald Duck voice....
