The diva is back! Drop Dead Diva returns Sunday with a whole new set of challenges for Jane (Brooke Elliot), who will finally embrace that she is no longer a skinny model, but a strong and brilliant lawyer ready to take on the world.
"We call Season 3 the return of the diva, and by that we mean Jane has really come to terms with who she is," creator Josh Berman tells TVGuide.com. "She no longer looks in the mirror and feels shame. She looks in the mirror and feels pride. She's really owning who she's become as a mature woman."

This episode brought us back to the point where Alan is forced to come to terms with his second divorce, and all he wants to do is be able to "keep something." So what's left after Kandi claims dibs on the condo and the car? Man's best friend, of course, a huge great Dane by the name of Chester. This was not at all the dog I was envisioning when Alan asked Kandi to put Chester on the phone, so he could coo over him like a baby and ask "Who's a good boy?" But I guess trying to steal a great Dane out of an apartment is more humorous than trying to dognap a terrier, which is exactly what Alan resorts to doing.
