FBI agent (Edward Norton) who captured Hannibal as he hunts down another notorious serial killer named Francis Dolarhyde (Ralph Fiennes). And Engel asks the questions everybody's been talking about - is Harvey Dent dating Assistant District Attorney Rachel Dawes?
