Began working behind the scenes at Bravo in 2005 as a senior vice president; in 2011 was named Bravo's executive vice president of Development and Talent.
While still maintaining his executive role, gradually became an on-screen presence at Bravo. Occasional appearances on the network eventually led to his own show, Watch What Happens: Live, which debuted in 2009.
Received the Point Foundation's 2011 Point Courage Award, which honors an individual who has advocated for the future of the LGBT community.
Serves on the board of directors for the organization Friends In Deed, which provides support to those affected by life-threatening illness.
