The She's the Man actress, whose history of odd behavior extends back to 2010 when she abruptly announced her retirement from acting, was arrested on Sunday after she stopped her car in the middle of an intersection in Los Angeles, reports TMZ.
Amanda Bynes' bong-throwing case was dismissed by a New York court Monday, The Associated Press reports. The case was thrown out because Bynes, 28, has obeyed the judge's orders to attend counseling twice a week and stay out of legal trouble, according to the AP.
Amanda Bynes resurfaced on Twitter Saturday, sending a short message to her supporters while also deleting some controversial tweets she made in the past.
