AJ Michalka, Aly Michalka
Although Hellcats' Marty (Aly Michalka) has been searching for information about her father, when the series returns on Tuesday, she'll get more than she bargained for: a sister.
And who better to play star 's on-screen sis than her real-life sibling AJ Michalka. "It was kind of a no-brainer, you would think, [but] you don't see siblings play siblings ever," AJ tells TVGuide.com.

Can best friends really move on after a guy gets in between them?
When we last saw Hellcats, Marti had broken girl code by sleeping with Savannah's boyfriend, Dan. Why? Turns out Dan and Marti have history.
But is that any excuse? Or is her act unforgiveable? Star Aly Michalka says that somehow her character will redeem herself.

Being in a relationship with the roommate of your best friend, with whom you also have a past, can be complicated — especially when there are unresolved feelings. While Hellcats' Dan Patch is dating peppy cheerleading captain Savannah (Ashley Tisdale), it may not compare to his longtime friend and first love, Marti (Aly Michalka). Star Matt Barr tells TVGuide.com he's personally torn between which way his character should go, but that Patch will make a decision soon that he calls "radical."

Team Dan or Team Lewis? Emotions run high for Michalka's Marti, whose romance with fellow cheerleader Lewis (Robbie Jones) starts to flag when she realizes "she has feelings for Dan that she has kind of buried underneath her surface."

Is there such a thing as a "cheerleading scholarship"?
On the CW's new series Hellcats, Marti Perkins (Aly Michalka) — a pre-law student at the fictional Lancer University in Memphis — loses her academic scholarship, so she does what any gal with a hidden passion for handsprings might: lands a cheerleading scholarship on the school's squad. But does that actually exist?

Sara Ramirez (Grey's Anatomy), Jessalyn Gilsig (Glee), David Caruso (CSI: Miami)

Any scoop about Callie and Arizona on Grey's Anatomy? — Marija
ADAM: When the Chief offers $1 million to the department of the hospital that best demonstrates need, Callie's and Arizona's feelings for one another do not put a damper on their competitive spirit. "Callie turns into a very competitive person and actually starts running around trying to intimidate everyone," Sara Ramirez says. "[She] does this hilarious passive-aggressive thing that was fun to play. She's trying to psych everybody out."
I was surprised to see Terri on Glee. She's been MIA for so long ... yet she's a series regular (or at least recurring)? Why is Mike Chang not a regular? He appears on the show more than Terri does! — Christine
MICKEY: These designations are complicated and take into account the plan for the entire season. So while Mike's fling with Tina is at the fore now, I'm hearing that Terri will play a much larger role in later episodes. As she made clear in the Britney episode, she's not giving up on Will, and her presence will be similarly menacing when she returns...

Hellcats
So far Hellcats has featured a lot of cheerleading and not so much studying, but that will change this week when Gale Harold arrives as Marti's law professor, Julian.
"He certainly gives her and the rest of the class the feeling that maybe he doesn't take her so seriously," Harold (Queer as Folk) tells TVGuide.com.

Gale Harold
It looks like Gale Harold's character is the only person on Hellcats who's not all fired up about cheerleading. Harold joins the CW drama in episode 3 as a law professor who puts Marti (Aly Michalka) to the test.
"Julian Paris is trying to determine whether or not [Marti] is actually serious about what she's saying that she wants to do," he told TV Guide Magazine at the PaleyFest Fall TV Preview Party for the CW. "She's taken a scholarship as a cheerleader, and I don't know that he truly trusts that her intentions are actually pure."
For the actor...

Donal Logue, Ashley Tisdale
Don't look for the scruffy buddy-heroes of FX's Terriers to be named Best of Show. Top dogs they're not. These likably roguish mutts, private eyes who operate without a license because "we found that by not working with them we never have to worry about losing them," are the opposite of slick. Brawn is not their strong suit. But they're great, funny, funky company.
